Grayt Skin, LLC ("Grayt Skin," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit graytskinbyariel.com, book with us or fill out our forms, and how we take care of it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email and birthday.
• Booking details: the treatments you book, appointment times and notes you send us.
• Your new client form: skin history, health information, medications, allergies, skin concerns, your consent and your signature.
• Treatment records: notes from your visits, your regimen card and the products you've purchased.
• Payment details are handled by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, anonymous site statistics, like which pages are visited.

How we use it

• To plan safe treatments that fit your skin and your health history.
• To book, confirm and remind you about appointments.
• To send your regimen card, aftercare and occasional notes from Ariel, like a review request after your visit.
• To run gift cards, packages and purchases.

Who can see it

Your information is only seen by Ariel and the people who help run Grayt Skin. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only what they need: Square for booking and payments, our secure website host, and our email provider for sending your messages. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Your forms and records are stored securely, sent over encrypted connections, and kept behind a password protected back office. Your regimen card link is private to you.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
• Stop marketing emails at any time by replying to one or letting us know. We'll still send messages about your appointments.
• We keep treatment records as long as you're a client and as long as Florida law requires after that.

Our site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.

Booking & Cancellations

Your appointment time is held just for you. These policies keep the schedule fair for every client.

Requests

Online bookings are requests until Ariel confirms them. You'll hear back with a confirmation, usually within one business day.

New clients

Please fill out the new client form we send you before your first visit. It helps Ariel plan a treatment that's safe for your skin. If anything about your health or medications changes, let us know before your next appointment.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee.

Running late

Please arrive on time. If you're running late, call or text so we can do our best. Your treatment may need to be shortened so the next client isn't kept waiting.

Before your visit

Some treatments call for skipping retinoids, exfoliants or sun exposure for a few days beforehand. Ariel will let you know what applies to you.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be used toward any treatment or product and can't be exchanged for cash.
